Over the past couple of days, I've been reading through some of the proverbs. They are fabulous, fruitful, and great take-away application to our lives. Here are a few that stuck out to me. Enjoy.

"a man's steps are directed by the Lord. How then can anyone understand his own way?"
prov. 19:24

"a gossip betrays a confidence, so avoid a man who talks to much." prov. 19:19

"the lamp of the Lord searches the spirit of man; it searches out his inmost being."

"ears that hear and eyes that see- the Lord has made them both." prov. 19:12

"listen to advice and accept instruction and in the end you will be wise."
prov. 18:20

"Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails."

"He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord." prov. 18:22

"A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother." prov. 18:24
